General Description of the Project

The "Harova" Project

Harova is the most sought-after residential project today in Jaffa. You continue from the Clock Square to 13 Yefet up to number 17 which is the Western border of Harova, located between the old city and the municipality's galleries in the restored flea market. "Harova" is built on private land on an area of about 3 acres (12 dunams) as a neighborhood by itself, which offers 259 apartments of various sizes and styles. Eight buildings are structured in the form of Het, the Hebrew alphabetic letter, with a large and protective yard in its center (2400 square meters) that leads to a street for both pedestrians and vehicles during stages A and B in "Harova" Project. Seven other buildings will be built in a triangle shape with a large and protective yard in the center. These building are planned for stage C of the project. Each tenant has a private parking space registered in government land registry office. Stage A of the inhabitation of the buildings began in January 2006. Stage B is planned for the second half of 2007 during the course of building and in of the buildings. The building of stage C will commence around this time. Luxury shops are planned along the street-facing of each of the buildings.
